Loop empowers children to explore nature independently

I teamed with peer design students to ideate a potential solution that would allow more children in the Seattle area join the naturalist programs at Discovery Park, .

My main contributions to the Loop project were wireframing, illustration, and UI animation.

However, this project helped me further appreciate the great value of research and data in design.

Loop helps children identify the different parts of a tree

Loop would empower children to explore nature independently. Using Loop, they can identify the different parts of a tree, and learn how to recognize the seasonal patterns of the Northwest.

With Loop, children learn to recognize the seasonal patterns of the Northwest.

The Loop tablet could take advantage educational programs already in place in the parks of Washington or in any other communities.

This includes the rewards systems like badges and geo-cachingand seasonal adventures..

See it in action!
